Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our branch team in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will help greet clients, guide them through transactions, and coordinate lobby flow while maintaining strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to lead daily operations, oversee cash devices, and drive loss prevention and audit readiness. A focus on coaching staff and expanding self-service usage will be essential.

Responsibilities
