Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our branch in Michigan. The role partners with the Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience and to lead daily operations, including cash handling and ATM management.

You will educate and lead the branch team, maintain compliance, and promote self-service options to enhance client relationships. Weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and inform branch team and partners.
• Excellent client relationship building and communication.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
