Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our dynamic branch team in Michigan. You will partner with the Branch Manager to elevate client experiences, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to banking policies and controls.

You will guide staff on transactions, lobby flow, and loss prevention while promoting self-service options and building lasting client relationships across the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly with clients, understand needs, and guide them to services.
• Lead branch operations: cash vault and ATM, ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the Branch Manager.
