You will work with the Branch Manager to guide daily transactions, improve client experiences, and promote self-service options, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

You will lead branch operations, oversee cash devices and audits, and develop the team to deliver exceptional service and secure, accurate processing of client needs.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detail-oriented oversight across tasks.
• Lead with collaborative leadership and operational excellence.
• Educate and coach branch staff and partners.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.
• Must complete Branch Operations Lead Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Explain self-service options and guide customers to use them.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain loss control, compliance, and audit standards.
• Support specialized financial needs and build lasting relationships.
