You will guide the team, promote self-service options, manage lobby flow, and ensure compliance and audits are conducted effectively.

This role requires retail banking experience, flexibility with weekend/evening hours, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Simplify banking by promoting self-service options.
• Support branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
