Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional client experiences. You will guide lobby flow, assist with transactions, and promote self-service options while building strong client relationships and maintaining policy compliance.

You will lead daily branch operations, manage cash devices, support audits, and coach the team to deliver accurate transactions and superior service in a busy banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• A college degree or military equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet and assist clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations and cash devices; resolve client issues with care.
• Introduce clients to self-service options and build lasting relationships.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the branch team.
• Educate and refer clients to experts when needed; ensure accuracy.
