Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure precise, policy-compliant handling of client transactions while building lasting relationships. You will guide clients to self-service options, maintain strong controls, and keep the team informed on the latest procedures.

In this role you will lead branch operations, supervise cash handling, and contribute to loss prevention and audits, always upholding Chase's standards of care and service excellence.

• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep the branch secure.
