Qualifications

• Must follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Strong passion for educating the branch team and keeping peers informed.
• Skilled at building client relationships and guiding referrals.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve issues with adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify accounts access.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
