Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate the branch team and keep partners informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required, college preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and maintain policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and specialized services.

• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the branch team.
