Job summary

You will educate and energize the branch team, handle transactions with accuracy, and promote self-service options to enhance service. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-energy branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and help address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to improve client banking experience.
• Support branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
