Job summary

You will develop the lobby atmosphere, greet clients, facilitate transactions, promote self-service options, and lead the team to maintain accurate cash handling, loss control, audits, and a secure branch environment. Weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to our experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all times.
• Support all branch operations, including maintaining loss control, compliance, and audits.
