Job summary

You will oversee daily branch operations, greet clients, assist with transactions, and guide customers to self-service options while maintaining strict adherence to policies and controls.

Lead a collaborative team, ensure accurate transactions, train staff, and support audits and risk management in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• At least 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them accordingly.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support cross-selling of services.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.
