Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong focus on policy, procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership and operational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions.
• Engage clients with clear communication and manage the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits.
