Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join a dynamic branch team. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience, lead daily operations, and promote self-service options for customers.

You will ensure adherence to policies, align with regulatory requirements, and train the team to maintain high standards of loss control and audit readiness. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, making them feel valued and appreciated; assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; anticipate needs while checking them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues quickly and adhere to bank policies and procedures for consistency and security.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service; assist with specialized financial needs while building lasting relationships.
• Simplify banking by sharing self-service options and guiding clients to access accounts any time, day or night.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
