Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager in a dynamic retail banking environment. You will help create a welcoming branch, assist clients with transactions, and guide them to self-service options for 24/7 access.

You will lead operations, manage cash devices, ensure policy compliance, and help train the branch team. Weekend/evening shifts are required, and travel for training may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients, understand needs, and refer to branch experts when appropriate.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
