Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive client experience and branch performance in a fast-paced retail banking environment. You will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage lobby flow, and ensure compliance across operations.

You will lead a team, educate staff, and promote self-service options while maintaining strong cash controls and customer relationships. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle tasks.
• Leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build relationships with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs at check-in.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices (vault, ATM), resolve issues adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking access anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
