• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in and waiting.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
