• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and efficient.
• Work with the Branch Manager to maintain high standards and adapt to policy updates.
