Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will guide daily branch activities, oversee cash handling and ATM operations, and promote self-service options to empower clients. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high control standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keeps a keen eye for detail and stays organized.
• Exhibits leadership and operational proficiency in a team environment.
• Educates the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engages clients and refers them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
