Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and refer them to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients and access at any time.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure the branch runs smoothly and securely.
