Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and meet their needs while managing the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
