Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences. The role focuses on guiding staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting self-service banking to customers in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will lead daily operations, supervise cash handling, and ensure accurate transactions while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and stay organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance and audits.
