Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, resolving client issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the team and help meet specialized financial needs while fostering trust.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all hours.
• Support the Branch Manager to uphold loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
