Qualifications

• Adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organization to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Ability to educate and inform the branch team and partners.
• Comfortable building relationships with clients and guiding them to solutions.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients, anticipate needs, and guide them through the banking process.
