Chase is hiring a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing daily branch operations, mentoring staff, and guiding the team to meet control expectations. You will help clients access self-service options and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
