Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with the Branch Manager.
