Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Lead branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate and coach the branch team to stay informed and compliant.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Oversee branch operations, including cash devices, comply with bank policies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify clients' banking experience.
• Work with Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, including loss prevention, compliance, and audits.
