You will lead day-to-day branch operations, ensure accuracy in cash handling, and drive customer relationships through teamwork and training. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to policy adherence and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions and managing lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure branch security and accuracy.
