• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You keep detailed and organized, juggling multiple tasks effectively.

• You build meaningful client relationships and refer experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and understand their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
