• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices such as cash vault and ATM, and uphold bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and meet specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all hours.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
