Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience and a compliant, efficient operation. You will guide lobby activities, transactions, and client education while ensuring adherence to all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and ongoing staff training, with responsibilities spanning from client greeting to operations oversight and loss-control measures.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency while collaborating with the team.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage with clients and refer them to our team of experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Preferred: 6+ months of Associate Banker experience; college degree or military equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options when appropriate.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, close attention to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
• Provide self-service options to simplify banking and accessibility for clients.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits are maintained.
