You will partner with the Branch Manager to coach staff, promote self-service channels, manage loss prevention, and maintain a welcoming, secure environment that supports growth and trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and check them into the waiting queue.
• Oversee branch operations including cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
