Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Cleveland to drive exceptional client experiences and branch performance. You will partner with the Branch Manager to supervise daily operations, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options while maintaining strict policy adherence.

You will lead team efforts, develop relationships, and ensure accurate transactions, loss control, and compliance, with training and travel for program completion.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen attention to detail and stay organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Educate and keep branch team and partners informed.
• Engage with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them accordingly.
• Lead operations including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep the branch secure.
