You will work closely with the Branch Manager to uphold policies, supervise lobby flow, and drive operational excellence while supporting loss prevention and audits. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Travel for training and meetings as required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high‑energy branch atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and guide them to self‑service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to team members who can fulfill specialized financial needs and maintain secure operations.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth branch functioning.
