Job summary

Responsibilities include cash management, vault control, ATM balancing, and collaboration with the Assistant Branch Manager to resolve processing errors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the teller line with emphasis on superior customer service.
• Coaches coworkers behind the teller line to match customer needs with bank products and services.
• Opens basic new accounts in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.
• Performs the typical duties of a teller and assists with platform as needed.
• Processes monetary transactions such as cashing checks, deposits, and currency exchange.
• Balances the ATM daily and manages vault cash under dual control.
• Performs audits and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
