You will drive sales, oversee compliance, support audits, and represent the bank in the community while ensuring service excellence and operational integrity.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, 3 years banking experience, and a collaborative approach with the Branch Service Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch activities and coach staff.
• Support branch operations with compliance and audits.
• Drive sales and cross-sell to deepen customer relationships.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts and assist customers.
• Represent the branch in community activities and events.
• Back up branch staff functions and perform opening/closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and other regulatory requirements.
