Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and verify their status.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and refer to specialists when needed.
• Promote self-service options to enhance accessibility.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure branch operations.
