Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail while juggling tasks.

• Educate and inform the branch team and partners.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them through self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
