Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire Associate Bankers to deliver seamless service and to follow policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, audits, and security.
• Greet clients and ensure exceptional experiences; build trusted relationships and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan staffing to meet client needs and align the team with branch priorities.
• Engage clients with clear communication and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking experiences.
