Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work with the Branch Manager in a Las Vegas branch to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead daily operations, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and ensure accuracy while adhering to policies.

You will educate and develop the branch team, drive loss prevention, audits, and compliance, and promote self-service options to improve the client banking experience.

Qualifications

• You adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• You educate branch team and partners to stay connected.
• You build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and support specialists as needed.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients and enable 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
