The role leads branch operations, implements strategic plans, manages the P&L, budget, and staff development, while ensuring top-tier service and policy compliance. Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations and workflow.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L, costs, and financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Participate in producer/agency acquisition and integration.
• Serve as Account Manager for an assigned book of business.
• Ensure policy compliance and high service standards.
