You’ll mentor staff, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options while ensuring accuracy, loss control, and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced community setting in

Qualifications

• Adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You must be able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolving issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all hours.
• Support branch operations with high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
