You will work with the Branch Manager to foster a welcoming environment, manage cash devices, and guide the team to deliver accurate transactions and proactive client engagement. This role requires weekend availability and a focus on loss control and audits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work weekend and evening hours.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions and lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and manage waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM management; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
