Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in the United States. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure an exceptional client experience, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options for customers.

Responsibilities include supervising branch operations, cash devices, and ensuring policy compliance. You will educate clients and teammates, build relationships, and contribute to a secure, efficient branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to educate and refer clients to experts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer experience.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Explain self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure operations.
• Partner with the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
