Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will supervise lobby flow, transactions, and branch operations while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will educate the team, build lasting client relationships, promote self-service options, and uphold loss control and audit standards. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and stay organized to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients efficiently.
• Lead branch operations and manage cash devices, resolving issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure security.
