• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, anticipating needs during check-ins.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the client banking experience at any time.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
