Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Schedule staff and manage branch coverage, opening/closing.
• Train and mentor tellers and relationship bankers.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Process transactions and handle wire transfers and checks within limits.
• Oversee cash vault, ATM cash recyclers, and safe deposit controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges.
• Lead branch audits and participate in meetings.
