Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in a financial institution or loan office setting.
• Extensive background in operating policies and banking regulations both state and federal.
• NMLS will be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall sales and operational performance of the branch, ensuring alignment with goals and market strategy.
• Actively participates in outbound calling and business development to support branch growth.
• Drives branch growth by leading and coaching team members to identify opportunities and deliver customer solutions.
• Establish clear sales expectations and calling activities for the branch team with ongoing feedback.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management and Lending partners to support onboarding and servicing needs for business customers.
• Takes consumer and home equity loan applications as needed to support customer relationships.
• Ensure decisions comply with bank policies and prevent fraud.
• Fosters a collaborative environment and professional growth for staff.
• Oversees daily branch activities, schedules, and meetings for efficient operations.
• Provides performance feedback to employees to drive standards and goals.
• Attends seminars and may travel to bank meetings or events.
