Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees, coaches, trains and supports team members to provide a positive customer experience and meet growth goals.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback to employees.
• Performs branch duties as needed: open accounts, maintenance, wire transfers, teller transactions, vault/ATM tasks.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, audit, and security processes.
• Supervises vault operations and monthly report preparation.
• Manages customer problems and ensures resolution and satisfaction.
