Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial institutions; or 7–10 years in credit union management with equal responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead branch staff activity and support growth of staff and branch partnerships.
Oversee branch operations, lending, deposits, and profitability in compliance with laws and bank policies.
Manage branch cash, accounts, audits, and reporting; ensure security and accuracy of daily transactions.
Drive branch sales culture and allocate staff resources to meet annual goals and KPIs.
Engage with the community to develop partnerships and represent the branch brand.
